The airline group transported nearly 8 million passengers, reflecting a 7.9% year-over-year increase. With a total of 49.5 million passengers transported from January to July 2025, LATAM’s consistent upward trend highlights its ongoing recovery and strategic expansion.
Impressive Capacity and Occupancy Growth
LATAM Airlines has achieved a 10% increase in its consolidated capacity, measured in available seat kilometers (ASK), compared to the same period in 2024. This growth reflects a combination of strategic route expansions, increased frequencies, and market demand. The group’s capacity expansion has also been complemented by an improved factor of occupancy, which reached an impressive 86.7%. This figure marks a 0.4 percentage point increase compared to July 2024, highlighting the efficiency and demand for LATAM’s services.
