A Magical Evening: Picnic Under the Stars On Sunday, August 10, the resort hosted the inaugural edition of the Picnic Under the Stars, coinciding with the traditional Italian celebration of La Notte di San Lorenzo (St. Lawrence’s Night). This magical occasion, associated with the annual passage of the Perseid meteor shower, has long been a time for Italians to gather outdoors and enjoy stargazing, with many making wishes as shooting stars fill the night sky. Guests were welcomed with a thoughtfully curated picnic basket that included essentials for a perfect evening under the stars. Each picnic set came with two cozy plaid blankets and a selection of local delicacies to enjoy as they settled on the 18th fairway of the golf course, providing an unobstructed view of the celestial show above. Throughout the night, an unplugged guitarist added a relaxing touch, setting the perfect atmosphere for the evening’s festivities.
