Nashville Airport Surpasses 24M Passengers, Expands to 114 Routes

In July 2025, BNA was offering 113 nonstop destinations, breaking the previous records. This is set to reach 114 nonstop destinations by August 2025, another year of massive growth. Strategic Airline Partnerships BNA strengthened its global presence by forming new international airline partnerships. Icelandair and Aer Lingus commenced direct transatlantic flights from Nashville, with Icelandair beginning service on April 10, 2025, and Aer Lingus following on April 12, 2025. These new partnerships, along with BNA’s expanded nonstop routes, reinforce its position as a key hub for both domestic and international travel. Community Engagement and Inclusive Programs BNA’s dedication to community engagement and inclusivity was highlighted through various initiatives: Sunflower Program: This program supports travelers with hidden disabilities, ensuring a more inclusive and accessible experience at the airport. BNA® PASSport Program: This new initiative enhances customer loyalty and engagement, providing passengers with additional benefits and personalized experiences. Public Safety Acknowledgment: BNA’s Department of Public Safety (DPS) was recognized by the Department of Justice for their vital efforts in thwarting an attempt to smuggle more than 50 pounds of fentanyl-laced pills. This operation played a key role in safeguarding both travelers and the broader community. Prestigious Awards and Recognition BNA’s commitment to excellence earned recognition from numerous prestigious organizations: AirHelp Score Report: BNA achieved 6th place in the U.S. and 18th globally for its outstanding passenger experience, highlighting the airport’s commitment to providing excellent service.
