Hilton Adopts Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program in Singapore to Boost Inclusive Hospitality
Hilton has taken a significant step toward advancing inclusive hospitality by adopting the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program in Singapore. This initiative, which is the first of its kind in Hilton’s Asia-Pacific portfolio, aims to provide a welcoming and accessible experience for guests with non-visible disabilities. The program’s launch aligns with Hilton’s ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive travel environment for all.
Hilton’s Commitment to Making Travel Accessible
With the launch of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, Hilton has extended its commitment to inclusive hospitality across its four Singapore properties: Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, Conrad Singapore Orchard, Hilton Singapore Orchard, and Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon. By adopting this program, Hilton is making travel more accessible for guests who have non-visible disabilities, such as autism, chronic pain, or sensory sensitivities.
This move comes as part of Hilton’s broader goal to create an environment that accommodates the diverse needs of its guests. By ensuring that people with non-visible disabilities receive the support they require during their stay, Hilton is setting a new standard for hospitality in the region, showing the industry’s increasing focus on inclusivity.
