Between January and March, the hill station attracted an impressive total of 198,425 visitors, marking a turning point for the region’s tourism sector. This surge in footfall is attributed to the growing appeal of Sonamarg, drawing both domestic and international tourists. Moreover, 1,379 foreign tourists and 10,314 local residents also contributed to the overall footfall.
