The Ministry of Tourism has launched a range of initiatives aimed at boosting local employment and enhancing the skills of tourism service providers across India, including in states like Bihar, via its “Capacity Enhancement for Service Providers (CBSP)” initiative. These short-term, job-oriented skill development programs are delivered through various educational institutions nationwide.
The primary goal of these initiatives is to thoroughly utilize India’s extensive tourism potential by training personnel at all levels of the tourism industry, thereby providing the local communities with professional skills and opportunities.
