IndiGo launches direct flights from Hindon, its second airport in Delhi NCR
Strengthening its domestic network and reaffirming its commitment to expanding regional connectivity, IndiGo has announced the launch of direct flights from Hindon Airport in Uttar Pradesh, starting July 20, 2025. The airline will operate non-stop flights from Hindon to eight major Indian cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, and Varanasi.
With this launch, Hindon becomes IndiGo’s 93rd domestic and 136th overall station, and the second airport in the National Capital Region (NCR) connected by the airline, following Delhi. IndiGo currently operates over 1,500 weekly departures from Delhi, serving more than 85 destinations across India and abroad.
For residents of Ghaziabad, East Delhi and other parts of Western Uttar Pradesh, the launch of these flights brings greater convenience and more travel options, boosting regional connectivity. The new direct connections will provide seamless access to major commercial and cultural hubs across India, fostering trade, tourism, and regional growth.
