Indonesia Launches Bali to Komodo Luxury Motorcycle Expedition

Indonesia’s adventure tourism landscape is entering a new phase with the launch of Bali2Komodo, a premium 12-day motorcycle expedition that combines long-distance riding with luxury travel elements across multiple islands. Operated by PT B2K Epic Adventures, the experience introduces a hybrid format that merges overland exploration with helicopter transfers, private boat crossings, and high-end accommodation, offering a new benchmark for experiential travel in Southeast Asia. The route spans approximately 1,250 kilometres, linking Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, Flores and Komodo in a one-way journey designed for international riders seeking deeper engagement with destination landscapes and cultures. Departing weekly, the expedition is structured to provide a fully supported experience. Each group is accompanied by a professional guide, a dedicated mechanic, and a support vehicle, ensuring safety, reliability, and logistical efficiency throughout the journey. Participants ride Kawasaki Versys 250cc motorcycles, selected for their adaptability across diverse terrains ranging from volcanic highlands and jungle roads to coastal routes and rural villages. The limited group size of 12 motorcycles ensures a controlled and personalised experience, allowing for both safety and meaningful interaction.
