Between 2023 and 2024, the cost of traveling from Vietnam to Thailand has seen a noticeable jump. For instance, in August 2023, round-trip tickets for the Hanoi-Bangkok route on AirAsia, a popular Malaysian budget airline, were priced at approximately $99. Fast forward to August 2024, and the same tickets have risen to $120—a substantial increase for budget-conscious travelers.
