Traveling between Mumbai and Goa is about to get faster and more convenient with the introduction of a new RoPAX ferry service by M2M Ferries. This innovative service will cater to both passengers and vehicles, offering a more comfortable and efficient travel option along one of India’s most popular routes.
M2M Ferries, well-known for its successful Mumbai-Mandwa Ro-Ro service, is expanding its fleet by acquiring a 15-year-old RoPAX vessel from Italy, which is currently undergoing maintenance in Mumbai. Once launched, this ferry is expected to complete the Mumbai-Goa journey in just six and a half hours, significantly reducing travel time compared to conventional road transportation. The company is in the process of obtaining the necessary approvals from the Director General of Shipping and other relevant authorities to officially commence this new service.
