Karnataka Tourism Puts India in the Spotlight at ITB Berlin 2025
Karnataka Tourism captivated global audiences at ITB Berlin 2025, the prestigious international travel trade event, by spotlighting the state’s extraordinary cultural legacy, awe-inspiring natural beauty, and dedication to eco-friendly tourism. The Karnataka Tourism pavilion was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Ambassador Ajit Gupte from the Embassy of India to Germany, alongside a distinguished delegation led by Ratnakar HT, Advisor – Tourism & Hospitality at Jungle Lodges & Resorts, accompanied by prominent industry figures.
The grand opening set the tone for Karnataka’s vibrant showcase at ITB Berlin 2025, where the state unveiled its diverse tourism experiences. From the UNESCO-listed ruins of Hampi and the lush biodiversity of the Western Ghats to the regal heritage of Mysuru and the untouched shores of the Karavali coastline, Karnataka’s offerings took center stage. Designed as an immersive experience, the pavilion incorporated traditional art forms, intricate handicrafts, and interactive exhibits, drawing an enthusiastic response from attendees.
