Section 144 imposed in North Goa, what does this mean?

India’s very own paradise, Goa, is reportedly under terror threat, hence, Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPc) has now been imposed in North Goa. This means that unlawful assembly of people (of five or more people) is not permitted in North Goa. North Goa Section 144 comes into place after an intelligence input regarding a possible terror threat. According to news reports, R. Menaka, District Magistrate, North Goa, issued a notification that said that the order will be in effect for 60 days. This means, North Goa would be under Section 144 from February 11 to April 10, 2020. It could be withdrawn earlier as well. Goa is especially charming during the winter months, and it is of course the favourite place of many. While there are no restrictions in travel, it is important that you abide by Section 144 when in Goa during this time.

According to WDW News, Disneyland in Anaheim, California, is increasing its prices again — with the most expensive one-day park hopper ticket costing over $200 for the first time ever. One-day ticket prices have increased by three percent for peak day tickets as well as an increase of three to five percent for one-day park hopper tickets, WDW News reported. Tier 1 price remains unchanged at $104. In addition, the old three-tier system (Value, Regular, and Peak prices) has changed to a slightly more complicated five-tier system. Depending on which day you decided to go to the park, it could cost anywhere between $159 and $209.
