Explore Indonesia’s Top Events on New Digital Platform 'Event by Indonesia'
Indonesia has unveiled a new digital platform known as Event by Indonesia designed to provide a one-stop shop where users can find details of events located throughout the archipelago. Launched by the Ministry of Tourism, this programme is a complete guide for all the variety of events in Indonesia, from cultural festivals to International sport events and quite a few in between. Available on popular platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, Event by Indonesia is a treasure trove in which locals and tourists can navigate the country’s lively event schedule to curb their thirst for adventure.
The Event by Indonesia platform has seven event categories: Music, Creative, Culinary, Sports & Wellness, Arts & Culture, Carnival, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions). There are several categories filled with something for everyone. As a lover of traditional arts (music, even dining) the platform offers easily accessible up to date information about events at any level from local to world.
The platform itself includes the Karisma Event Nusantara (KEN) program, featuring 110 events spread over Indonesia. The program comprises hundreds of cultural, sports and creative events, and is an important part in the Tunisia tourism strategy.
