Wizz Air Boosts Israel Travel with New London Routes

Israel’s travel sector is set to gain fresh momentum as Wizz Air officially relaunches its flights to the country while expanding operations from London Luton. The move comes in response to rising demand for connectivity between the UK and Israel, signaling renewed confidence in regional stability and tourism recovery. With new routes and restored services, the low-cost carrier aims to strengthen cross-border travel, support inbound tourism, and offer more affordable options for passengers flying to and from Israel.
Wizz Air has ramped up its European footprint with a series of new route announcements, resuming key connections to Israel, expanding its presence in Spain and Poland, and readjusting its focus following its decision to exit Abu Dhabi operations. The airline is intensifying its growth strategy from its London Luton base and key European cities as it responds to seasonal demand and network optimization.
The carrier will launch new winter services from London Luton Airport to Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, and Vienna starting 26 October 2025, providing travelers with more low-cost options to popular European destinations. These routes align with the airline’s mission to enhance connectivity between the UK and major European hubs while maintaining its price-competitive positioning in the market.
