Qatar Airways is set to redefine air travel across Africa by launching new and resumed flights to Seychelles, Kigali and Marrakesh from June 2026. The move comes as part of the airline’s strategic push to enhance connectivity and convenience for passengers travelling between Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. By focusing on high-demand destinations and increasing flight frequencies, Qatar Airways reinforces its position as a global leader in passenger and trade connectivity while responding to growing travel demand.
The expansion aligns with the airline’s broader objective of rebuilding its global network to over 160 destinations, offering seamless transfers through its hub at Hamad International Airport in Doha. Passengers from key markets such as Oman, Pakistan, and other Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian countries will now benefit from enhanced access to Africa, reducing travel times and improving route efficiency.
