Dubai's Luxury Real Estate Booms on Record Deals
Dubai’s high-end residential market is continuing to demonstrate strong investor confidence, with new market figures revealing that luxury property buyers maintained significant multi-million-dirham investments throughout July.
During the month, developers registered 244 off-plan residential transactions valued above AED 5 million, creating a combined sales value of AED 3.42 billion. The deals covered a wide range of premium price segments, starting from the AED 5-10 million category and extending to ultra-luxury properties priced between AED 50 million and AED 100 million, highlighting sustained demand across Dubai’s luxury housing landscape.
According to an analysis by Dubai-based luxury developer Keturah, the July figures included 151 off-plan apartment transactions with a total value of AED 2.3 billion, while 93 villa sales contributed another AED 1.1 billion. Across all recorded luxury off-plan residential deals, the average transaction value reached approximately AED 14 million, reflecting continued appetite for premium properties among investors.
The AED 5-10 million price range remained the most active segment for apartment purchases, recording 81 transactions worth AED 552.6 million. However, the strongest contribution to overall market value came from higher-priced properties, demonstrating the depth of demand at the top end of Dubai’s real estate sector.
