Dubai will now commence an impressive new period in its development as it attains the status of the best city in the world in terms of innovation of investment projects in the cultural and creative sectors. This milestone marks the beginning of an expanded growth of the cultural sphere that will improve experiences offered to tourists through development of the arts, entertainment, design, digital services and other aspects of culture. In 2025, Dubai managed to attract 754 new projects in the cultural and creative sectors, which led to creation of over 19,300 workplaces and investments totalling USD 3.756 billion. As a result, tourists are now faced with new prospects, characterized by emergence of new museums, exhibitions, creative districts and festivals allowing them to see more than just the unique skyscrapers and shopping opportunities in the city.
