Morocco Accelerates Travel Infrastructure Expansion Across Ports, Rail and Airports.

Morocco is advancing an ambitious travel infrastructure expansion programme, with Spain, France, Portugal and Senegal among the countries that could benefit from stronger maritime, aviation and railway connectivity. Billions of euros are being directed towards new ports, airport upgrades and railway modernisation as the country seeks to strengthen its position in international trade, tourism and passenger transportation. The strategy combines major port developments at Nador West Med and Tanger Med with wider transport investments planned towards 2030. By expanding its infrastructure capacity, Morocco aims to attract international investment, improve accessibility and create new opportunities for tourism, logistics and economic development.
