He called upon the Port Authority and Harbor Master’s Office (KSOP) to rigorously inspect tourist boats to ensure compliance, proposing that vessels found carrying plastic or glass bottled water should be prohibited from departing. This measure underscores the commitment to preserving the environment and ensuring the sustainability of tourism in the region.​ National Commitment to Clean Tourism The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ni Luh Enik Ermawati, highlighted that the Clean Tourism Movement is a strategic effort to position Labuan Bajo as a globally competitive tourist destination. This year, the festival expands its reach, adding more villages to the celebration roster, culminating on May 4 at Tar village.
