To ensure convenient travel for cricket fans heading to the Women’s Premier League (WPL) T20 matches at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) will provide extended metro services on match days. The matches are set to be held in Bengaluru on February 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and March 1, 2025. To manage the expected rise in passenger numbers, Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) will extend operating hours on both the Purple and Green Lines during the Women’s Premier League (WPL) matches. The last trains from Challaghatta, Whitefield, Madavara, and Silk Institute will leave at 11:20 PM, while the final departure from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station, Majestic, is scheduled for 11:55 PM in all directions.
