Thailand Pushes Bold Sustainable Vision At ITB Asia 2025
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is aggressively marketing to bring quality travelers, especially from Singapore and other short-haul markets. The move is strategic to make Thailand a high-value, sustainable tourist destination. TAT’s presence at ITB Asia 2025, conducted from October 15 to 17 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, was an important milestone in this renewed effort.
The Thailand Pavilion, opened on October 15, featured the country’s vision of innovative tourism. The ceremony was graced by an eminent delegation of personalities, namely Mr. Kijwat Tajaroen, Minister Counsellor and Acting Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore; Mrs. Suphattra Jaruariyanon, Vice President of Sustainable Development & Treasurer; Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, President of Chon Buri Provincial Administration Organisation; and Mr. Kumchai Tangthamsatid, Chairman of the Chon Buri Provincial Administrative Organization Council. This collective involvement of Thailand’s national, provincial, and private sector served to highlight the collective endeavor to promote the nation’s image on the world tourism platform.
