Oman Signs Deal for Qurum Tourism Complex

Oman has recently taken a significant step towards enhancing its tourism and hospitality sector with the signing of a development agreement for a 597 million USD Qurum tourism complex. This project aims to develop Muscat into a major international tourist destination through its partnership with Sorouh Al Qurum Real Estate Company while also supporting the nation’s economic diversification plans. The ambitious project, covering 165,000 square meters in the coastal Al Qurum area in Muscat, will be executed in phases over the next 15 years. It promises to bring a range of benefits to the local economy, including the creation of new jobs and the stimulation of private investment in Oman’s hospitality infrastructure. Qurum Tourism Complex: A Vision for Growth The Qurum tourism complex is poised to become a key landmark in Muscat, offering a blend of luxury and leisure. The complex will feature two four-star hotels, offering over 400 rooms, as well as an array of retail outlets, restaurants, and leisure attractions.
