India's first bullet train will be launched soon said PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a series of railway projects via video conferencing from New Delhi on Monday. During the event, he highlighted the remarkable transformation undertaken in infrastructure and services within Indian Railways under his government.
The PM inaugurated the functioning of the Jammu division, laid the foundation stone for the Rayagada railway division building, and inaugurated the new Charlapalli railway terminal in Telangana, connecting with events held in Jammu, Rayagada and Hyderabad.
The event was attended by the Chief Ministers of Telangana, Odisha, and Jammu & Kashmir, along with other prominent dignitaries at their respective locations.Modi noted that as people increasingly seek to reduce travel time over long distances, the demand for high-speed rail services continues to rise.
