Rotana’s Global Expansion: Transforming New Hospitality Across Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Türkiye

Rotana, recognized as a leading hotel management company in the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye) region, has announced its strategic expansion plans at the Saudi Tourism Forum (STF). These plans encompass regional and international growth, focusing on establishing 36 new properties across 22 cities, spanning the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Türkiye. Among these developments, nine properties are earmarked for Saudi Arabia, underscoring its pivotal role as a key market for Rotana. Rotana’s expansion aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes economic diversification and the promotion of tourism. As part of this initiative, the company aims to triple its hotel key count in the Kingdom to 6,000 within three years. This follows its success in 2024, when three new properties, including Nova M, the first Edge by Rotana hotel in Saudi Arabia, were inaugurated. The Dar Rayhaan by Rotana in Al Khobar and Al Manakha Rotana in Madinah further strengthened Rotana’s presence in the region. The company’s 2025 pipeline includes five new openings, such as Yasmina Rayhaan by Rotana in Riyadh, reflecting a proactive approach to meeting the increasing demand for hospitality options in the Kingdom.
