Dusit International, a prominent name in Thailand’s hospitality and real estate sectors, has partnered with IDC Prime, a subsidiary of Italpinas Development Corp., to manage two new Dusit Princess hotels in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. This collaboration highlights Dusit’s commitment to sustainable and community-driven developments in emerging destinations. Scheduled for completion in late 2029, Dusit Princess Moena will be a centerpiece of the eco-conscious Moena Mountain Estate in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Nestled within the lush greenery of the Mount Kitanglad Range Natural Park, the 184-room hotel will seamlessly integrate with its natural environment. It will cater to both business and leisure travelers with premium amenities such as a lobby lounge, business center, all-day dining, outdoor pool, fully equipped gym, yoga room, and versatile multipurpose spaces. Situated in Dahilayan, often referred to as the “Baguio of Mindanao,” the hotel will further enhance the area’s reputation as a hub for nature enthusiasts.
